STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY UNITED STATES, CANADA & MEXICO
Peg Perego guarantees each of its new Infant & Toddler products (still owned by the original consumer) to be free from defects in materials and or defects caused by workmanship when purchased from Peg Perego or an authorized Peg Perego dealer. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation or unreasonable use, damage caused by the use of accessories or parts not manufactured by Peg Perego or components altered and/or disassembled.
Chassis - 1 year from purchase date
Upholstery - 90 days from purchase date
Car Seats - 6 months from purchase date
YOUR WARRANTY REGISTRATION (Card) MUST BE ON FILE WHEN WARRANTY SERVICE IS REQUESTED.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM do not return the product to the store or to Peg Perego before discussing it with the Peg Perego Customer Service Department.

If you have a problem with your product, and if the problem is covered under this warranty, service will be provided free of charge. However, it does not cover the cost of shipping or handling. If the problem is not covered by this warranty, the consumer must pay for all related expenses associated with the service rendered.
Peg Perego's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as is deemed necessary and as covered under this warranty. We reserve the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
