SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution. For questions, contact our customer service.

Orders ship within 1-5 business days. During the holiday season please allow 2 additional days.
For expedited shipping, please contact our customer service.

RETURN POLICY

• To start a return, you must first email service@pegperego.com or call 800-671-1701.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.
• Items must be returned new and unused.
• Items must be returned including the attached product tags and original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged product.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that it is in the same condition in which your received it.
• When your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
• The refund amount will be less the original shipping and handling that was paid.
• Please note that it can take several business days for your credit card company to process the funds to your account.
